R Rachel R New member Aug 15, 2010 #1 My 15month old has a rough red rash on his legs arms and cheeks it doesn't seem to bother him or itch i dint know what it is weather i should take him to the doctors or if it will clear up on its own, i have done the glass test and they faded.
