My Teeth just bled when i brushed my teeth after eating Sugar, what does this mean?

Does it just mean they were 'Sugar Shocked" and its good i got the Sugar off before it "Ate my Teeth!"?

ive always had good Teeth. Want to keep the that way!!

You might have brushed your teeth too hard and hurt your gums, or you have periodontal disease, a bacterial disease that affects the gums. Either way, I'd check with a dentist if I were you, just to be safe.
