My teeth are keeping small amounts of plaque and bleed when I brush them, whats up?

Do I have a gum disease? Ive been using professional care products and listerine total care mouth wash just in case I do. But I need to stop this from happenning, so what can I do to get rid of the remaining plaque and stop the bleeding?
my mum doesnt buy floss :(

also the other two answers are stupid.
