My teacher thinks it's my debate partner is fantastic?

My teacher thinks he's perfect, he is 18 and in the 10th grade, and i am in 9th grade, she thinks he is perfect and does both of our homework and research, which in reality i do ALL of the homework, and he doesn't do anything. and i was gone all last week on vacation, and he didn't do anything, and i called and asked him, and he said that he thought that i would do everything... i was on a 24 hour long plane trip and i got home around 2pm Sunday, and i got home and started my homework, and i did, and then i was up till 4 am looking up stuff for debate. what should i do? my parents are both mad at me for getting a bad grade but it's because me and my partner can't stand each other.
help! please
 
I think you should tell her how you feel. Confront her because otherwise, you'll never get it out, and you'll always be loosing out. You must either tell your partner or teacher that you don't want to be a part of a win-loose situation, where you are loosing out.
