...polysporin? I recently got my first tattoo. It is still healing right now, only on 3rd day. I approved the stencil design but for whatever reason the guy decided to shade outside parts of it .. and although I like the design I hate the shading. He should have asked me first! (unfortunately he was offended that I didn't like it.. he's an excellent artist it's just it is not what I wanted.) He said that the shading will fade, I pressed for a more clear answer like, um how much, because I really don't like it. He said to wait for it to heal and then if it's not faded enough he could use something (I can't remember what it was called, I think he re-tattoos with it) to take it out. .. I was wondering, of all the warnings not to use things like polysporin and zinc oxide because they draw the color out of tattoos, what if I while waiting for it to heal, purposely, carefully, put polysporin on the parts I want to fade. .. I'll still get him to do whatever he's talking about, to totally get rid of the shading but thinking this might make it easier. .. I'm so disappointed and regretting this so much .. My first, only, and last tattoo (I'm 45) and I'm regretting it so much.
