Every once in awhile my phone will reset itself or I will reset it and a problem happens. When I turn the phone back on the security lock is no longer there, the home and call buttons don't work at all and when I hold the end call button the only option that is there is the option to power off the phone where there is normally the option for airplane mode and silent mode there also. I have no idea why it does this but it does it every once in awhile and the only way to fix it is through the factory reset. Does anyone know how to fix this problem or if T-Mobile will replace the phone for me?
