I am delighted to share with fellow yahooligans that I just learned My suzuki v strom was named so after the patriotism of Strom Thurmond. what about other great americans have cycles named after them. Is the v-rod named after dennis RODman
 
That's great! I just asked my bud what "Strom" meant and he gave me some nonsense about it meaning "stream". Now, I know the truth.
I bought my Honda because the named sounded like that of my first wife. Valkyrie Bertinelli.
