1 id probably get a new plug ....go to a shop and ask what is the right plug made to run in this bike...there are many different plugs you COULD run but not made to especially run those plugs....also ask them what the gap should be on the plug and get a spark plug gap tool. also you may be running really rich ...people misunderstand the mixture ratio alot ....the bike are fine as long as there is not too much oil but also not wayy too lean ..ive seen little bikes like that run 60:1 and run perfectly straight from the factory ... now i dont start my bike by clutch staring it ..always put it in neutral (i guess thats what you mean by clutch starting it)....and you mat want to do a carb job on it if the mixture and plug fails ...but changing a plug and the mixture is way easier that having to take your time and clean a carb...the whole leaking issue that may be just a cracked oil nut or washer...under the motoer is where the oil drain plug is so thats kinda what im thinking the leaking is...hope this helps man!

it either starts first kick and then dies or sounds very close to starting.. after that though there is no hope and petty leaks out from bottom of motor... would the carbie be flooding? also is there anything wrong with clutch starting bikes cause i been doing that
