If you can get to the floatbowl drain plug, pull it out, see if the bowls got gas in it. If not, pull the gas line off the carb, see if a good stream of gas is coming out. If it doesnt shut the petcock off, pull the sediment bowl off of the bottom of the tank, clean it, check the gas flow again..
To check for spark, pull the plug out, put it back in the boot, ground the plug against the engine, kick it over, see if you have spark.. Make sure the key is on and the killswitch is on.
All you need for a bike to run is fuel, spark and compression!. Check your oil mix, put some fresh gas in, drain out all the old gas out of the fuel bowl, kick til she starts!
