my subs are RUMBLING!!!?

when i crank my car and its idoling my subs rumble just like the motor... i dunno what it is, buu i think its my rca's. i adjusted all my grounds on radio and amp. i played around with the rca jacks connected to the radio and it'll stop when i hold tension on them and start back when i let go. what does this mean? what can i do?
 
id definitly try changing out the cable. if that dont work its prob the actual port your plugging them into.
