Don't worry about it. Remember that there are two fuses that supply power to the radio: one's for the constant power connection, and the other is for the key-switched power lead. It's likely that your car's "radio" fuse is for the key-switched power wire. In an after-market head unit, this wire doesn't generally need more than a fraction of an amp.
The main power source is the constant power lead, and in your vehicle, this may be a larger fuse. In any case, I've never seen a problem with blown fuses in a Camry after a new head unit was installed, and I've installed plenty of head units in Camry's. I don't think you'll have any problem with yours, either.
