I have a 1989 stand up kawasaki 650 jet ski. I put the battery in the other day and it started right up for the first time of the year. Three days later i went to go ride it and it won't start. I charged up the battery, the spark plugs look good, the gas is going through to the water with the choke on (carb is good i believe). It cranks however it just wont start. It sounds like it wants to. It did rain over the couple days in between and there was a little bit of water on the bottom, only a 1/2 inch or so. The engine compartment had dew all over all the engine and components. Would the little bit of moisture cause the engine not to start? Can somebody please help me out and give me some suggestions on how to fix it? Thanks, Pat
I have a garage. I am going to bring it in there and let it dry out soon.
