Well I was getting off the bus and then it was raining because there was a big storm in Texas at the moment. I got to my home and then when I turned on my cell phone it would be stuck on boot rebooting again and again. I don't think it is water damage and I bought it 6-9 months ago. Can I replace my phone with a cheaper smart phone or get a back up phone. and also this is my 3rd broken phone. I'm tired of it. If you could list the price to repair it.
