my Sprint HighNote phone, can i put ringtones on it by plugging it into my computer?

All the ringtones on my cellphone, (the highnote from sprint) are stupid and embarassing, i dont have the PCS vision thing so i can't download anything, but i was wondering if it was possible to download something to my computer and transfer it to my phone.

does anyone know where i could do that? and how? or if i can even do it?
