My speaker phone does not work on my Motorola V8 Razor cell phone?

I have a Motorola Razor 2 V8 2gb and my speaker phone does not work, when i try to turn my speaker on, also when i have my ring volume turned on normal and when i get a call it only vibrates, and also i cant hear any of my music over the speaker

any idea whats wrong
if i need to change a part out can you send a link with the part and maybe how to change the part
