my soon to be ex will not hand over the financial papers my lawyer is requesting?

my lawyer had sent his lawyer a request for the past 3 years of financials 3 times... he refused to do it... now my lawyer has filed a motion to compel??? to the courts and we have a date set in court??? what can i expect at this hearing???
and yes i know... i should ask my lawyer... but every phone call costs... i am just wondering if anyone has been thru this... and yes my lawyer has requested that he pay for the attorney fee's for this motion.... i'm just asking....
 
Tell him it's too late to run now...he shouldn't have gotten married to begin with...
 
Ask your lawyer, that's what you're paying him for.... or what your ex will be paying him for.
 
You should pray for the best. Make sure that your side of the street is clean because divorces can be and get ugly.Be prepared for anything! Talk to the Lord about it, he answers prayers. You must have faith and believe in it's power. I believe that all will go well. You must look good too,,, okay!!!!
 
The judge will order him to disclose his finances. You don't have to do or expect anything.
