Like 10 days ago I was watching a video and the phone just switched off by itself athough it's battery wasn't empty.. it then switched on again by itself and when I tried to recharge it it said "this battery cannot be charged please use a sony ericsson battery" althouh that's the battery it had since I bought it ..
Anyway I asked a prof. and he said it needs a new software .. so I bought a new battery to be able to connect it to the PC in order to install the new software.. but the thing is I don't know where to get the software from (internet but where exactly? ) .. and when I get it..how do I install it on the phone after connecting it to the PC?
