My phone was working fine until a few hours ago. The touch screen has stopped responding completely, and I cannot unlock the screen. However, the buttons on the sides and on the front all work fine, meaning I can only access my camera, but nothing else.
I have tried turning the phone off, taking the battery, sim and memory card out and then replacing them again, and I have tried leaving the phone off for over an hour.
What can I do? Please help?
