Basically, I don't get any notice when a new message has arrived in my inbox.. No message alert tone, no vibrating alert and no icon on top of the screen that indicates a new message.. The caller alert is functioning okay though; there's a caller alert tone, the phone's vibrating fine and I get a missed call icon whenever I miss a call..
How can I fix my message alert problem? Please help!!!
