MY K850i will not turn on. Lately the phone has started to turn itself off. It turned itself off just now and i've been trying to turn it back on but the screen stays black, there is a small vibrate and the keys stay lit up. The phone will not do anything else. I've made sure there is no dust inside the phone and on the battery and i've left the battery out for atleast a minute. I have also taken out my memory card and simcard to see if they are the cause. I have plugged my phone into my computer and the computer says that it's an unrecognised device. Please help me sort this problem. Thanks.
