Today at a meeting with my 14 yr old son's teachers the vice principal threatened my son's life.?
She told him that she would make him swim until he drowned (he is on the swim team). The vice principal did this in front of me, my son, 7 of his teachers, and the counselor. She also told him that she would allow any kid in the high school that was ever upset by him to come to the pool so they could make fun of him in his speedo. To make matters worse my father (my son's grandfather) drowned many years ago, so this is a very touchy subject for us. She also told us that my son's "lip service" literally drove her to drink! One of my many concerns is, if she is able to talk like this to a child in front of that many people, what is she like when it is just her and the student? I have taken the whole day to process what happened earlier. How should I proceed? I feel as though she was completely out of line, offensive, and irresponsible. Please offer helpful advice. Thanks!
