My sons dentist appt.

So, yesterday my son had to be sedated for 3 teeth pulled and 4 root canals. The dentist was really cool, and this is what happened.

Dr. "Oh, this medicine only takes about 20 minutes to work"

Me "great. lets knock him out. poor kid"

Dr gives him medicine.

Son "I feel dizzy"

Me "I know baby just lay back"

Then he freaked the fuck out. He was screaming and trying to hit and bite us and just INSANE.

So about an hour later he was still freaking, just fighting the medicine.

So the Dr. gives him a shot of demoral.

Nope that didnt work.

Another hour later, and he is still screaming, he cant even hold up his head, but he is fighting with every little bone in his body.

So, we had to strap him up with some nitrus.

10 minutes later he was out. and he doesnt remember any of it today.

Thats my boy, he is a stubborn little fighter.
 
He already thinks he is a marine, all my boys are rough and tumble.

And if he EVER goes to jail, he had better PRAY to GOD that they keep him there. It would be safer than me picking him up when he gets out. Much, much safer.
 
I bet you that when he is old enough to try drugs (cuz every kid tries em) he wont do it after once. It'll probably freak him out and he'll quit. See, you're lucky there. What a little fighter.
 
Holy shit! Maybe he's possessed by some demon spirit and the reason he need so much teeth stuff is because the acid from his evil straight-from-hades projectile vomit was rotting his teeth. Me, I know I'm not much of a fighter. I had to in for a procedure once that required a full day of fasting after I had already lost 15-20 pounds and couldn't walk up or down stairs. When I was in the hospital bed, I remember thinking to myself as I couldn't move my limbs, "This must be what it feels like to be on your death bed. I really wouldn't care if I never woke back up." Yeah, I was pretty much done on that one. No fighting for me.
 
My kids will probably try drugs, and I think i will be OK with that as long as they are not stupid and dont throw away thier lives and they tell me about it. If I find out about it and they dont tell me, which I will find out, they will be in deep shit.

Damn SK sounds like you have had it pretty rough. Im glad you ok....well, physically OK anyways. :thumbsup:

My mom never took me to the dentist...(shame on her, bitch)

So when I was 15 My aunt took me...Dentist took one look at my X-rays and asked "Are you on a controlled substance"???? So I can't lie he knows....I said "yes"......."What are you on",, "Meth"....."Well you can thank your drug dealer for the 14 cavities and 1 route canal"!.......That was about the time I took a good look at my life.....and my teeth and decided I liked having them.

My kids dont eat sugar, we dont even have any candy in the house, or chips, or any junk food like that. He had to have the surgery becasue his body does not put the clacium into his teeth like it is supposed to.

And meth does cause bad teeth. You are better of with your teeth and without Meth.
 
Sorry to hear that Poor little dude....My son went under to have his two front teeth pulled this year, and it was fucked......His mom wanted them out cause his new ones were comin in faster than the old ones were fallin out
 
I hate wathcing my kids get anything like that done, stitches or whatever. Makes you feel, kind of, powerless, ya know. But I bet his teeth are better now.
 
Yeah, I know U want to jump in and take all the pain....Cause the little kiddies should know nothing else but playtime. But if you have a good dentist that really makes a diff.. My kids is so good that I go to him and he's a suppose child's dentist only.....But I'm a puss so WTF! Right.
 
SO what are u sayin....I'm a man! I just don't like needles.....My som's dentist has great hands!!!! :swink: I'll bet he's good with the ladies...(or dudes) Makes no diff to me......I leave there pain free, and I even get a BALOON... :thumbsup:
