...with it? my son passed away a year ago a man took his life the police say there is not enough evadince and they dont think he will be charged with murder he offered his plea to a class c felenoy and is talking about only serving one more year for my sons death what should i do take his plea or let it go to trail (witch i dont think i can mentall handle im loseing it already) where he could get a not quilty becuase there is not enough evadance biggest deceasion ever

also i need to make money i am in so much debt because of my sons passing how can i get out of debt i have a job but thats just not cutting it...
 
Sorry to hear about your son and I have no solution about this part. But about your debt did you thought about filing for bankruptcy? I will be filing for bankruptcy soon because I been unemploy for 10 months now and things is not looking good anytime soon and I also in debt.
 
I wouldn't give up. Yeah your about to lose your mind...Who wouldn't after losing a child...but you cant give up..FOR YOUR SON.
