My son is holding himself and whining..?

Well, you all know I have been saying my son has not been eating well. Tonight he was drinking some milk and seemed fine, he thew it up all curdled (hot tummy). He still seemed ok. My dh tells me around 2 am he is burning up. I feel him and his entire body was hot, his face was even bright red. I tried to give him Tylenol (he would not take it) tried to put a cool cloth on his head (threw it), tried to give him water (would not drink it). I am not sure if its all teething, but he is getting some back teeth. But I was not aware the fever was so hot or would make him so hot.

Also, call me crazy BUT about a week ago he was holding his privacy and saying ohh poo poo. I just thought he was playing. A few days later he was doing it again and crying. I told dh, he thought I was crazy. The other day again I thought well maybe he has hard stool and it hurts and he needs to. I thought that was it. The next day I got had him eat an apple and gave him water, it worked he had diarrhea the whole day. Today it seemed hard again and then when I was taking care of him (2 am) he was holding it again and crying saying ohhhh (front not back btw). He has no rash, never has alhumdullah. Nothing looks different what so ever. I am not sure why it would hurt him, but he is acting like it is. He does this almost daily for a week now. He comes to me and says ohh poopoo and holds it and whines a lot. (poopoo to him does not mean actual poopoo, he gets peepee and poopoo mixed up and calls everything down there those)..

What does this sound like? He is 21 months old.
OMG you all I did not even think of that :(. I am sure that must be it. I am taking him in the morning..

babies CAN get urinary tract infections. take him to the doctor.

dairy products are a no-no if a child is sick. he probably just threw it up cause he has a bug or something.

again, if he's still sick today, going to a doc would be the best bet.
