my son will be 3 in nov but hes barely talking like other toddlers and im a bit worry. his ped dr told me it was normal cos hes around diff languages (vietnamese, english, spanish) and hes just confuse. has any parent been in this situation before? please give me your output. could he be slow? i know not all kids are alike.
