my son ends up in E.R. w/ panic atack after playn w/ mercury fm. Science class

room in Lg.spill do i need lawy? the bottle of mercury was taken from science class it was half full 16 oz. 's . school closed down for several days and the sc. teacher has been fired ater working for them 12 yrs. because she threw bottle of mercury that was unlabaled away in class room trash is there a lawsuit here????????????????????

Before you try to sue the school, Realize that the school has taken mesures to defend itself from lawsuit.
The guy lost his job.
Your just money hungry.
