My son was involved in a fight in which he bitten apart of the other blokes ear off. I know this is a pretty sick thing to do, i know that my son has a very big chance of prison time and paying out money to the victim. This is why i want to know how long can he be sent down for, and what amount of money are we talking? and would i have to pay anything!? My son has not yet been arrested and not sure whether the other bloke has prest charges. The fight was outside a pub, with cctv and his age is 21, with no previous. they both came at each other, so nether of them started it. both landing punches. Thanks. ???
