I dyed my hair black and when I washed it out the water turned purple and then I used a ph neutralizer which I use often and the soap started to turn like a blue purple.
And I've dyed my hair black before and never had this problem but whenever I wash my hair now the soap turns that blue-purple color and I have no idea what it's doing it. All the soap is out of my hair but it keeps changing color. I'm afraid it's like the dye itself doing it to my hair like, not properly setting in my hair and the water helping it get out.
I always change shampoos at least every other week and this has never happened before. I think it's the dye and if it is I'm worried the black is gonna come out
