My snow globe has weird cloud looking things floating in it?

Do you know what it is. I have this awesome Columbia Pictures snow globe that has awesome glitter that floats in it but I see this weird white cloudish looking stuff floating in the globe like (just anywhere in the globe) like it is still water. Do you think it's on purpose because of the Columbia Pictures cloud drop back, that maybe they added a substance to make it look more cloud-like? What could this be? Thanks
