that is going in only 13 feet from my bedroom window. Not only is it a manufacturing in a commercial zone but it will also produce smoke and noise and other nuisance which strictly goes against city codes and zoning. My attorney wants to sue them and the city. This is the basic details. What are my chances of winning against this business?
