MY SLEEP CYCLE IS SO MESSED UP!?

its 1 in the morning now and i cant go to sleep because im WIDE AWAKE after my mom woke me up at 11 because there was sort of an emergency, but before that i went to sleep at 9 because im starting school this monday and i wanted to get my cycle in order.
ok so im really weird if i get WIDE AWAKE for one night at a certain time IT GETS SET FOR LIKE THREE MONTHS and every night i wake up at that time just lying on my bed for like two hours until i can get to sleep and so obviously my pattern gets messed up easily.

and so last school year i was pretty messed up and been sleeping at 12am then waking up at 4am and just lying there until 5:30 and wake up at 6:30 (totally sleepy and out of it) to get ready for school and come back at 4pm to take a nap until 7pm and staying up doing my hw and i tried sleeping earlier but it just doesnt work i just lie on my bed.

and then when summer came i slept at 12am woke up at 4am then slept again at 5:30 waking up at 7am then going to sleep again at 8am and waking up at 1pm since i had nothing to do. this worked really well for me and i loved the extra sleep i was getting instead of just 4 hours a night and a 3 hour nap but now im starting school again and i need my cycle to be normal because last school year i could feel the side effects of not enough sleep during school and i know i shouldn't be getting only 4 hours of sleep when im only 15.
PLEASE HELP ME I FEEL LIKE IM LOSING IT AND DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO WHEN SCHOOL STARTS!
