My Sister's Keeper

The whole thing is horribly sad!

The end though - I was absolutely sobbing. :o This has to be the first film I've seen where I've literally had tears streaming down my face from start to finish.

The beach scene really, really got me - I just thought if it was one of my sisters or my brother that had the disease, I wouldn't know what to do with myself. As soon as I got home I grabbed my little sister for a cuddle. :o

The book ending is just so heart-breaking coz you just dont see it coming at all - thats where it gets to you,
coz all the way through reading the book you get close to Anna and you connect with her and then that happens :(

When the movie ended, no one said anything when the credits were rolling, so quiet - the whole cinema room was quiet everyone leaving quietly which does not happen at all - what also gets to you is Jeff Buckley's version of 'We All Fall In Love Sometimes' as the credits rolls is playing which is a lovely song

I saw this yesterday and was really annoyed with whole film! Campbell was such a major character in the book and he had like half a dozer scenes in the film, where was the lady who became his girlfriend??? (Can't remember her name, sorry!) I adore Jodi's books and this is the 2nd one I have seen ruined. Ordered The Pact, totally awful.
One of the main reasons I went was to see film was to see the impact of the ending on the audience who haven't read the book, and was utterly dissapointed. The ending of the book MADE the story and I was so shocked it was cut out.

Personally I found it a complete waste of time. The acting was amazing and i give full on credit to the girl playing Kate, but if I knew how it was going to end, I would of never have gone to see it. Jodi's books should be left alone unless they are going to keep in the vital parts of the story

I've just watched this and I had to pause it half way through as I couldn't bloody see through my own tears!

Advice for other fellas, if you want to watch it, watch it by yourself!:o
