My sister's daughter is not talking yet. She is concerned for her develpment.

Should she be? My sister keeps comparing her child to mine. I have a 18 month old and her daughter is 22 months old. My daughter is pretty much talking up a storm and repeating everything she hears already. Her daughter is hardly saying Mama & Dada. However, I feel she is very smart and understands a lot. My sister is so concerned about her daughter's development because she is constantly comparing. I also think she has been ditching our playdates to the playground lately too. When she brings up her daughter's development, I just tell her that all babies are different and that she's fine. She is really smart, just not talking yet. Should she be concerned that her daughter isn't talking yet or am I right in telling her that nothing is wrong?
