My sister sold her truck to bail her b/f out of jail. Now he didnt go to

rehab like he was spose to.? Can she drope the bond? She went and told the bondsman her story and he said she couldnt. Now she is in Ga and I think she can. It isnt passed his court date yet so he isnt wanted now.
 
Next time she knows better.

When you put a bail on a person, you are basically saying, "Hey! my boyfriend is a very trustworthy person and very honorable too! He will be here as promised".
The bond is for the court appearances and in a way a promise that he won't flee by putting an asset as proof. So until he finishes with his court dealings, I do not think the bail bondsman will let go of anything.

I am not uberly savy in the subject but that is the basic principle of all.
