My sister was hanging out at an apartment. This girl that wanted to come was not invited, so they did not let her in. Since she could not get in, she was mad and called 3 black guys. They came and kept pounding on the door. The person that owns the place finally let them in. The 3 guys came in, slapped my sister across the face, then stole her phone. Lisa was also with the guys. When they left my sister called the cops, and they called my parents since she's a minor, 17 years old. The cops and the detective question Lisa, and refused to get any names up. The cops just let her go, and said they can't do anything. Can't they check the cell phone records and get a copy of the conversation that took place. I'm sure they can get a subpoena. Isn't it like a higher to murder case, but to a lot lesser agree. Is their anything my parents can do if the cops and detective aren't going to do anything?
My sister just had her phone stolen and the police can't do anything?
