doesn't live here. Is this legal? The mother moved in with my brother in law and sister in- law due to health problems. She is now healthy again, but refuses to get a job or move out. My sister in law had begun looking through her mother's mail, so her mother may be looking to hide it. I think this is why we have been getting mail addressed to her, but with our address. Last week a bank even called looking for sister in law's mom. What should we do? My in laws seem to think it's all a misunderstanding, but how would this happen when we have different last names and live miles apart? I'm worried this will affect our credit standing or who knows what else. Thank you!
