my sister in law recently assaulted me on august 6, 2009...At the time i didnt want to press charges in fear of my bail being revoked (assault) because i know she would have said i hit her first (never touched her) well i recently saw on her myspace status bragging about how she hit me and how i never hit her i have it printed it out...I had major injuries and went to the hospital...there was a cop that came and took pictures...i told him at that time i didnt want to press charges...now that i found what i did on myspace can i press charges???
