My Sims 3 Game Launcher Won't Upload Pictures!?

I am writing a story on the Sims 3 website. (Some of you might have read it but if you haven't, search up The Adams Family Story on the exchange.) Whenever I try to upload a picture it freezes when it's almost 100 % done. I still says it's not uploaded, but it still appears on my account. It takes a long time to upload every picture one by one. Does anyone know how I can get the pictures to upload right?
