OK, so I have had my Sims 3 game since the day it came out for US. Up until yesterday, the custom content I downloaded, the game, etc. ran fine.
Yesterday, I played for about 3 hours straight. I killed that entire family and started to make a new one on CAS. After about 5 minuted the entire screen went black and my computer restarted. It happened even more for the rest of the day when I tried to fix it.
So this morning I downloaded some custom content (all of it hair/clothes, no mods) and now I am unable to turn on my game. The screen goes black and then I have to shut down my computer by holding down the button. I am really confused on how to fix this.
PS: I have 875 GB free of 931 GB (Yeah I know, my dad's a computer genius, but he doesn't know anything about the sims)
PSS: My computer has also been running really slow lately. Usually it's super fast. :/
