I've had the sims2 double deluxe on my computer for a while now (maybe a year?) and I just bought the university expansion pack and it will not work. It installed just fine, but when i go to run it the white screen pops up that says "the sims 2 university expansion pack" and i can hear the disk spinning in the drive then the white screen will go away and the disk will stop spinning and nothing will happen. I went to the tech support and followed the instructions did the defrag the disk cleanup added the updates ( that it later said i didn't need) turned off all other programs and nothing is happening. someone help me, its making me really mad. oh and i tried loading the game with the sims 2 double deluxe disk and it didn't work it just told me to put the correct disk in. the disks are brand new i just bought them TODAY so they're not scratched or anything.
