my sims 2 game keeps crashing help?

i had sims 2 double deluxe installedd onto my computer along with seasons, open for business, university and teen style stuff then when i played it after a few weeks pleasentviewdisappeareded and when i uninstalled all of the expansion packs iwouldn'tnt let me load the game any more it just kept crashing then i uninstalled the double deluxe game and reinstalled it and it still would not let me load the game HELP!
