My Sidekick Lx wont turn on!?

i qot a sidekick lx 07 from my friend and it was workinq fine before, and idk what i did but it was workinq and then it shut off cus it ran out of battery. Then i pluqqed it in to the charqer and the liqht turned oranqe but nothinq. no reaction. i tried takinq the battery out and leavinq it and puttinq it back in many times but nothinq. i even tried usinq another battery and nothinq ! PLEASE HELP =(
