my phone was acting up this morning and was going really slow so i turned it off like normal.
then i tried to turn it back on but it stays on the little picture of the jump button (the square with 4 dots) and after like 15 seconds of that screen, it turns off; i keep re trying it but it does the same thing again and again..
i also tried reseting it but it doesnt do anything but the jump button screen and then off
how can i fix this?
