I have the 1500 talk and text with 30MB data for my sidekick, but when I try to use the internet it says the service is unavailable. If I go to the download catalog it says that it will be available when data service is restored. Also, picture messaging isn't working. Does anyone know what I need to do, instead of calling customer care?
Well, the 30 MB is just til next month, but shouldn't the phone at least recognize that there is SOME internet, I'm just curious as to why it's not responding to the fact that it exists, also is 100MB enough, or do I need 2GB?
