I am conjested, sore, have a headache, eardrums hurt, i have a cough, i feel cold and i'm shiverring

Could it be allergies? or swine flu? or just a fever
 
You just mentioned a good many of the swine flu symptoms. Here's a more complete list:

Vomiting

diarrhea

tiredness or fatigue

chills

headache

body aches

sore throat

runny/stuffy nose

cough

fever

It might be a good idea to call your county health dept. to see what suggestions they might have for dealing with it. If it turns out to be the swine flu, I'm sure they would appreciate knowing about it.
