...be wrong with it.? I'm 28 and played baseball all of my life and after college a few years ago my shoulder started hurting the second after I throw. It doesn't hurt when I bench press 300 lbs, play other sports,and do everything on a daily basis except when I throw a baseball. I can throw it a short distance but not very hard. It started 3 years ago and I gave it 9 months off until the following summer hoping it would heel. But each summer the same shoulder is bothering me whenever I throw. It's just really painful when I throw hard and at a long distance and I hope someone can tell me what is wrong. Thanks

Inflammation in that particular part of the body that is affected by the throwing movement. You can visit your physician or an Orthopedic surgeon. Anyways one of them should give you an Anti-inflammatory pill. FYI: see if you can just get a bunch of samples instead of buying prescription drugs.
