My shorts are too short for school... HELP?

I am wearing my new shorts to school but we have the "arms length" policy and my fingers go farther than the fabric. how can i slip by the teachers without getting in trouble, or what are things i can do to make them look longer? plz help!!

i did and got sent home , no biggie :]
but you could wear high heels with them, but that would just make them look shorter but it would look good
dont wear a long shirt..
and pull them down as much as you can
