the other day i was coming down a hill and my service engine light soon came on and a few seconds later my breaks locked up and gas would not work. i then had to restart the car twice to get it co come back on. also the car gets very foggy inside and had to see out of the windows which has never happened before. the light came on again today. what can it be. is it safe to drive? please help!
