My school's sporting day is 7 days away and most of the exercises consist of

running.How can i train for this? the exercises consist of mostly running, sprinting, agility courses, etc and it's 7 days away.what are some exercises planned out over these 7 days that i can do to boost my performance?
(btw, im an average 14 year old runner at present.
