My school put blocks on searches relating to homosexuality and gender identity?

Im researching for a paper on gender identity and homosexuality at my school. but they've put blocks on everything relating to LGBT rights. its making me so angry, not because i cant do my research at school, but because my school considers LGBT rights as offensive and not be learned about. other searches were also banned making little more sense. what should i do?
